Can I use the sleeve for both hot and cold therapy?


Yes. Elemental Armor sleeves are designed for both hot and cold therapy, so you can use the same sleeve depending on your recovery needs.

How do I use it for cold therapy?


Place the sleeve in the freezer for at least 2 hours inside the provided plastic bag or a freezer bag. Apply to the desired area for approximately 15 minutes.

How do I heat the sleeve?


Make sure the sleeve is at room temperature and remove it from any plastic bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then heat in additional 10-second increments until it reaches your desired temperature. Do not exceed 60°C and never microwave the sleeve while frozen.

How do I choose the right size?


Choose the sleeve designed for the area you want to target: ankle, elbow, or knee. Refer to the sizing information on the product page before ordering.
