Make sure the sleeve is fully thawed and at room temperature. Remove it from any plastic bag and microwave for 30 seconds. If more heat is needed, continue in 10-second intervals. Always check the temperature before applying and do not exceed 60°C.

Place the sleeve inside the provided plastic bag and freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove it from the bag, slide it over the desired area, and use for approximately 15 minutes.

For cold use, apply for approximately 15 minutes. For heat, follow the instructions included with your sleeve. Remove the sleeve if it feels too hot or too cold.

Yes. The sleeve provides compression while worn and is designed for training, recovery, sports, and everyday movement.

Yes. You can freeze or heat the same sleeve again and again — one sleeve, two therapies.
